Healthy Hair Plan - Intensive Therapy
Service Description
The Intensive Therapy Plan is a high-touch corrective hair-health membership for clients experiencing severe breakage, shedding, or growth challenges. This plan includes 2–3 services per month, including at least one Healthy Hair Reset and additional Healthy Silk Maintenance visits as needed. After selecting this plan, you will be directed to Square to set up your recurring membership payment. Once enrolled, you will be able to book your included monthly services through our regular booking system.
Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to book all appointments. Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your service. ⸻ ⏳ Cancellations & Reschedules • Appointments canceled or rescheduled more than 24 hours before the scheduled time will have the deposit credited toward a future appointment. Deposits are not refunded to the original form of payment. • Appointments canceled or no-showed within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment. ⸻ 💳 Additional Terms • All clients are required to have a card on file to book. • Deposits are transferable to one future appointment only. • Deposits must be used within 30 days of the original appointment date. • Failure to show for a rescheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit. ⸻ This policy is in place to respect the time reserved for your appointment and to ensure availability for all clients.
