Healthy Hair Plan-Consistent Care
Service Description
The Consistent Care Plan is a monthly hair-health membership designed for routine maintenance, moisture balance, and length retention. This plan includes 1 service per month, which may be used for either: • Healthy Silk Maintenance • Healthy Hair Reset To secure your place in your selected Luxe Hair Care Plan, simply contact us directly to express your interest. Once availability is confirmed, you will receive a private Square payment link to finalize your enrollment, with access to flexible payment options such as Afterpay and Klarna. Upon confirmation of your payment setup, your monthly appointments will be curated and reserved on your behalf, ensuring priority placement within our schedule. Your membership is officially activated once payment is secured and your service dates are confirmed.
Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to book all appointments. Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your service. ⸻ ⏳ Cancellations & Reschedules • Appointments canceled or rescheduled more than 24 hours before the scheduled time will have the deposit credited toward a future appointment. Deposits are not refunded to the original form of payment. • Appointments canceled or no-showed within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment. ⸻ 💳 Additional Terms • All clients are required to have a card on file to book. • Deposits are transferable to one future appointment only. • Deposits must be used within 30 days of the original appointment date. • Failure to show for a rescheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit. ⸻ This policy is in place to respect the time reserved for your appointment and to ensure availability for all clients.
