Service Description
The Consistent Care Plan is a monthly hair-health membership designed for routine maintenance, moisture balance, and length retention. This plan includes 1 service per month, which may be used for either: • Healthy Silk Maintenance • Healthy Hair Reset After enrolling, you will be redirected to book your included monthly service through our regular booking system.
Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to book all appointments. Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your service. ⸻ ⏳ Cancellations & Reschedules • Appointments canceled or rescheduled more than 24 hours before the scheduled time will have the deposit credited toward a future appointment. Deposits are not refunded to the original form of payment. • Appointments canceled or no-showed within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment. ⸻ 💳 Additional Terms • All clients are required to have a card on file to book. • Deposits are transferable to one future appointment only. • Deposits must be used within 30 days of the original appointment date. • Failure to show for a rescheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit. ⸻ This policy is in place to respect the time reserved for your appointment and to ensure availability for all clients.
